Mrs. Mpho Moremong-Gobe and Mr. Ketlhaotswe Gobe are both directors of the company, with the former being the Managing Director of the company.

Mrs Mpho Moremong-Gobe is a chartered surveyor and has over 18 years experience in the property profession. She has worked in the fields of valuations, estate agency, property management and general property consultancy. She became a chartered surveyor in 1999 and was the first Motswana woman to become chartered surveyor. Mrs Moremong-Gobe is currently a director at Botswana Development Corporation (BDC).

She has worked in various projects in Botswana amongst others including Riverwalk shopping Centre, Hanover, BDC head offices, Carramba Industrial Estate. She has also worked with various clients amongst others including Standard Chartered Bank Botswana Limited, First National Bank of Botswana, Debswana, Debswana Pension Fund, Botswana Development Corporation, Botswana Insurance Fund Managers, Stanbic Bank, Barclays Bank of Botswana Limited, Botswana Power Corporation, Local Enterprise Authority, Motor Vehicle Accident Fund.

Mrs Moremong-Gobe holds a BSc (Hons) in estate management from Oxford Brookes University (UK), and MBA from the University of North West (RSA) in conjunction with the University of Liverpool (UK).

Mrs Moremong-Gobe has been a member of various boards in Botswana including being the Chairperson of Real Estate Advisory Council, Chair person of the Gaborone City council Adjudication Committee, Chairperson of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Vice Chairperson of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana, Member of the Labor Advisory Council, Member of the Tertiary Education Council and Member of Botswana International University of Science and Technology Council amongst others.
